31st Annual Pork BBQ And 1st Annual Pork BBQ Cookoff Photo Gallery

The
Parkwood Volunteer Fire Department
hosted their
1st Annual Pork Barbeque Cookoff Competition
 on Friday, October 8th 2010 through Saturday, October 9th 2010.

Set up started on Friday afternoon, meat was distributed that evening, competition judging began Saturday morning, and awards were presented around noon that day.

The Fire Department supplied all meat: Pork Shoulders. Each team supplied their own cookers, and were designated equal space to cook at next to the station. All cooked meat outside of those used for judging were sold by the Parkwood Volunteer Fire Department as part of their 31st Annual Pork Barbeque. The Parkwood Volunteer Fire Department would like to congratulate all participants and winners on a job well done!
