Pride & Ownership

Beginning in October 2007, PVFD will begin a series entitled, “Pride & Ownership: A Firefighter/EMT’s Love for the Job.” One evening a month, each squad will share in the series (view the schedule & agenda).

The series will be offered during the regularly scheduled evening training sessions. This learning series will create an opportunity for teambuilding, improving communication, and renewing a passion for emergency services.

This is more than just another “lecture series” for fire/EMS. Each session, PVFD members will be presented with practical ideas and opportunities for each squad to brainstorm on implementing the topic discussed.

So come with an open mind & a willingness to have your passion renewed!
